Shipping policy

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package.

  • All products purchased from the site are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Making Your Statement. Names of the  products purchased on the site, as well as the risk of loss for such products, pass to you when Making Your Statement delivers these items to the carrier. 
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please our customer service team by emailing makingyourstatement@gmail.com.
